Explore the new generation of Space Occupancy Dashboards, available since the April Release. This short session takes you straight into the dashboards, focusing on the Summary Page as a powerful entry point into your occupancy data. You’ll see how hourly, weekly and monthly views work together to reveal patterns in office use, from daily peak times to longer-term trends, and learn where to look first when exploring your own data.
Build on the introduction from Session 1 and dive deeper into Occupancy Analysis. You’ll see how the redesigned views provide building and floor-level detail, meet the new Headcount metric, and see the new heatmap in action to visualise where your office spaces are truly busy or underused. By the end, you’ll understand how to use these deeper insights to identify usage patterns across buildings and floors.
Discover the brand-new Space Efficiency Dashboard, introduced in the June Release for customers using headcount sensors. Instead of looking at occupancy alone, you’ll see how Efficiency and Utilisation work together to answer not just “is this space used?” but “how well is it used?”. Learn how headcount data and room capacity combine to reveal spaces that look busy on paper but are actually underused, and where you can unlock better use of your existing office space.
Take a closer look at the Space Simulator, built to turn your occupancy data into forward-looking scenarios. You’ll explore three types of simulations: Savings Simulation (how much space and cost you could reduce), Capacity Simulation (how many people you can add or how much space you need), and Benchmarking (how one building compares to others on occupancy and utilisation). You’ll walk away knowing how to use these simulations to test scenarios and support more confident real-estate decisions.
