The Real Estate department consists of 3 teams: A Real Estate Management team and two Management & Maintenance Management teams. The teams are based in Groningen and De Bilt and serve customers throughout the Netherlands from these offices. Vastgoed Management specialises in managing the portfolios of investors and VVE management. The Management & Maintenance Management teams mainly have clients in the government, education, healthcare and industry sectors. We help our clients with the management and maintenance of their real estate. Depending on customer demand, we can support our clients in various ways. These include setting up a multi-year maintenance plan, research and advice on legislation and regulations, implementation support, drawing up / supervising (performance) contracts, policy, integrated research to determine the future value of the property and the organisation of the entire management.
