Municipal real estate management is becoming increasingly complex. New legislation and regulations, financial challenges, changing space requirements, social responsibilities and sustainability ambitions all require both clarity and decisive action.
During Grip op Gemeentelijk Vastgoed, together with partner XXelerate, we will bring together professionals from Dutch municipalities for an inspiring afternoon of practical insights, relevant topics and peer exchange.
Location: De Basiliek, Veenendaal
Date: 29 October 2026
Time: 12:00 – 17:00
Practical guidance for municipal real estate and asset management
We will explore current challenges in municipal real estate and asset management. Topics include compliance, cost-covering rent, optimising space utilisation, accommodation for asylum seekers, Paris Proof targets, and practical ways of working with Spacewell Maintenance Planning and Spacewell Asset.
The afternoon starts with registration and lunch, followed by a series of presentations. We will close with a plenary wrap-up and informal networking drinks.
This is an invitation-only event. For more information about the programme, please contact Mari or Marion at Spacewell.
