New: Benchmarking report on space and workplace management software

Real estate management is becoming increasingly occupant-driven. In this context, independent research firm Verdantix has just released a new benchmarking report providing guidance to real estate and facilities decision-makers seeking software for space and workplace management, service delivery, and occupant well-being.

Spacewell among top-scoring vendors

IWMS and Smart Building provider Spacewell ranks among the top-scoring vendors overall as well as in each of the three separate categories of analysis in the Verdantix benchmark.

The company is included in the select list of vendors that excel in analytic capability for space management, trends analysis across multiple metrics, and utilizing data from sensor networks. Spacewell is also among the top global vendors that offer a comprehensive solution to facilitate agile working environments, providing capabilities to determine an adequate ratio of desks to staff and offering easy booking of spaces through mobile apps and user-friendly digital kiosk interfaces.

Finally, Spacewell obtained a top-three score in the area of occupant well-being, with its solution supporting sensor-sourced data on humidity, CO2, and temperature that triggers automated alerts or rule-driven work requests according to pre-set quality parameters.

ʺIn the 2019 Product Benchmark on Space and Workplace Management Software, Verdantix finds that Spacewell offers strong functionality across space management, workplace services delivery and wellbeing analytics,” said Ibrahim Yate, Industry Analyst at Verdantix. “In particular, Spacewell offers comprehensive analytics for insight into space utilization as well as occupant comfort trends, can minimize touchpoints with customers’ existing IT infrastructure to speed up deployments and supports the facilitation of agile working environments.”
