Building on the success of the Workplace Summer School, we’re launching a new four-part series focused on energy management. Join the autumn edition of the Energy Essentials series and discover how to turn energy data into scalable reporting, verified savings and faster action.
The series includes four sessions and takes place every Thursday at 11:00 CEST, starting on 1 October 2026. Using practical showcases, our expert will introduce tools that help energy, sustainability and facilities teams reduce reporting effort, identify inefficiencies and make investment decisions with confidence.
What we’ll talk about
This session introduces the New Analysis capabilities and Dynamic Widgets, designed to help you scale energy reporting across multi-site portfolios. Rather than building a separate dashboard for every location, you’ll see how Dynamic Widgets automatically display the relevant data for each selected site, keeping KPI tracking consistent no matter how many locations you manage. The session shows how this makes personalised dashboard sharing effortless, giving every stakeholder the view that matters to them without extra manual work. By the end of the session, you’ll understand how to set up reporting that grows with your portfolio instead of multiplying your workload.
This session focuses on Measurement & Verification (M&V) and Automated Baseline Calculator (ABC), the tools that let you demonstrate ROI with confidence. You’ll see how energy use after an efficiency project is compared against a clearly defined baseline, turning results into verified, defensible savings rather than estimates. The session shows how this evidence supports investment decisions and keeps efficiency projects accountable long after they’re implemented. By the end of the session, you’ll understand how to use M&V and ABC to back up your energy projects with numbers stakeholders can trust.
This session takes a closer look at Optimise, the dashboard that automates 24/7 analysis of your energy data to identify and prioritise inefficiencies. Instead of manually reviewing data to spot where energy is being wasted, you’ll see how Optimise continuously scans for anomalies and ranks them by potential value, so you know exactly where to focus first. The session shows how this reduces the manual effort and cost typically associated with energy management, while helping you act faster on the opportunities that matter most. By the end of the session, you’ll understand how to let Optimise do the heavy lifting so your team can focus on results.
This session introduces the Solar Solution and its Avoided Cost Report, built to make the ROI of a solar PV investment easy to see and easy to prove. You’ll see how the report calculates the financial difference between what energy would have cost without PV generation and what it actually costs after installation, turning theoretical savings into concrete evidence. The session shows how this gives you clear, data-backed proof of savings and payback, supporting both internal reporting and future investment decisions. By the end of the session, you’ll understand how to use the Avoided Cost Report to make the business case for solar impossible to ignore.
