This app requires users to register or authenticate themselves to a Spacewell web portal. Information will only be gathered for authenticated users (e. g., OS version, device type, country, account name and connected portal). We will not track actual data input like contents of booked calls or WorkOrder descriptions; nor will we collect any other form of personal data stored on the user’s device. Faseas analyses the data gathered for license tracking and global usage statistics but does not rent out, sell or distribute personally identifiable information to third parties. Additionally, Faseas may use information to provide customers with general anonymous statistics about our apps usage. You may choose not to authenticate or register. Your choice not to authenticate will restrict your abilities to use this app.
2. Security
The Spacewell apps connect to Spacewell web portals in a secure way. The level of communication security depends on the Spacewell web portal hosting environment. For Spacewell SaaS solutions, our hosting and database management partners provide reasonable security systems including firewalls to guard against access to the data.
3. Privacy policy changes
By using our apps, you consent to the collection and use of this information by us. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will publish those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose this information.
