You will play a key role in our sales team and help to expand our footprint and continue our successful growth. You will help drive the partnership with clients around adopting our products and services. This is a unique opportunity to further develop key technical & sales skills, including bid managing, solution selling and all round supporting a small but highly motivated sales team.
You will successfully engage with our corporate B2B prospects; clients, articulate the business and technical value proposition and put together optimal solution sets to fit our clients’ requirements across real estate, workplace and facility management.

The key responsibilities
- Working closely with the sales team on proposals, presentations and pitches
- Attending meetings with business development- and account managers
- Manage and run demonstrations of Spacewell’s software for potential clients.
- Replying to customers request for information and proposal requests.
- Presenting compelling sale offers and convinces prospects of Spacewell’s integrated software solution.
- Identify, follow up and offer support in the search & qualification process of tenders.
To be successful in this role you have had experience in working with software. It is a plus to have an interest in facility or real estate management.
You have to have prior training in bid management, a high level of comfort with technology solutions and the desire to become a subject matter expert. You must be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus. You also have a high comfort level with giving demonstrations, communicating with high-level decision-makers and work good under pressure. In this position you will mainly work from our office in Paris.
