As part of the global delivery team, you will
You will be trained and coached to become responsible for:
Keep track of the project in terms of budget, man days
Define, document and follow up the workflow and configuration parameters
Software configuration & consulting:
Define and describe links with other software and ERP systems (SAP, Lotus Notes, Peoplesoft, etc.)
Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues
Collaborate with the customers’ specialists during the analysis of implementation requirements
Provide advice on the best software use by way of process analysis and understanding the current and desired future state
Produce user case documents clearly detailing the user’s requirements
Training & support:
Provide effective (super) user trainings and take the customer through the switch over to go live
Discuss and challenge potential custom development
Provide support to the customer during acceptance testing, through go live and post go live until handover to support
Act as first point of contact for customers/partners
Enhance Spacewell image and reputation through your credibility, commitment and first-class delivery
Analyze reporting and dashboard-related needs according to customer’s requirements
To assist with presales activities such as product demonstrations and answering RFP/RFPs
