Accountmanager New Business
YOUR ROLE : you can make an impact
The Account Manager New Business, further abbreviated to Account Manager, is responsible for carrying out the entire process needed to sell O-Prognose solutions to new customers. In addition to convincing new customers of our solutions, the Account Manager also remains the commercial point of contact for his own customers during the first year.
Although the position has an independent character, you are also part of the Sales team. You will be part of an enthusiastic sales team, you and your colleagues will be in a dynamic environment where you never stop learning.
The Key responsibilities
- Independently build and follow up a network of prospects
- Giving convincing presentations and possibly demos
- Identifying the right customer needs and drawing up quotations on this basis
- Deal with the customer
The product: O-Prognose
O-Prognose is one of the Spacewell products. With O-Prognosis there is the possibility to set up a multi-year maintenance plan. O-Prognose offers a generic solution and is therefore suitable for every real estate portfolio. The program has a very extensive element library and an inspection app, which makes it easy to perform inspections on locations. The level of detail can be chosen by the client, so the output can be used for the input of strategic real estate policy as well as for the preparation of the execution of maintenance.

- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in sales or account management
- Affinity with building management
- Strong communication skills
- Networker, decisive, result-oriented and opportunistic
