F\u00f6retagen beh\u00f6ver hantera ett brett spektrum av resurser \u2013 fr\u00e5n anst\u00e4llda och b\u00e4rbara datorer till hela byggnader \u2013 p\u00e5 distans, samtidigt som de arbetar i en snabbt f\u00f6r\u00e4nderlig och os\u00e4ker aff\u00e4rsmilj\u00f6. Att ha enkel extern tillg\u00e5ng till all relevant information i ett enda program, tillsammans med kraften i avancerad analys, verkar som en uppenbar f\u00f6rdel just nu.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men f\u00f6r de f\u00f6retag som bara befinner sig i b\u00f6rjan av den digitala omvandlingen \u00e4r kraven i denna process \u00f6verv\u00e4ldigande. Som minst m\u00e5ste f\u00f6retagen ta reda p\u00e5 var all deras information lagras idag, best\u00e4mma vilken teknik de beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r att bearbeta och centralisera allt, och sedan fastst\u00e4lla vem som ska komma \u00e5t och kontrollera vilken typ av information. Det finns betydande vinster att g\u00f6ra i varje skede av resan och omvandlingstakten b\u00f6r v\u00e4gas mot organisationens ultimata behov. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Steg 1:<\/strong> Distribuerad, manuell insamling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Steg 2:<\/strong> IWMS Light<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Steg 3:<\/strong> Fullt integrerad IWMS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Steg 4:<\/strong> Optimerad IWMS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Steg 5:<\/strong> IWMS + Smart Building<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Steg 6:<\/strong> Digital tvilling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-ce5e66ac gb-headline-text\">Vi ser minst sex stadier av digital omvandling inom fastigheter baserat p\u00e5 aktuell teknik.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I <strong>steg ett<\/strong> f\u00f6rlitar sig byggnads- och anl\u00e4ggningschefer p\u00e5 frist\u00e5ende verktyg och manuella rutiner f\u00f6r att hantera spridd information. Kostnadsdata kan samlas in som pappersfakturor som arkiveras i en skrivbordsl\u00e5da, medan HR-data lagras i separata Excel-filer p\u00e5 olika datorer eller f\u00f6retagsinformation som kan sparas i olika databaser. F\u00f6r medelstora och stora organisationer \u00e4r en komplett IWMS ov\u00e4rderlig. Niv\u00e5n p\u00e5 anpassning, konfiguration och integration med andra f\u00f6retagssystem kan variera, men potentialen att sammanf\u00f6ra hela utbudet av moduler f\u00f6r fastigheter, arbetsplats, fastighetstj\u00e4nster och andra funktioner, g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r chefer att sp\u00e5ra, j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra processer och resultat i hela organisationen. Detta g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r chefer att driva proaktiva f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringar vad g\u00e4ller resultat och kostnad.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Steg fyra<\/strong> i den digitala omvandlingen inom fastigheter tar arbetet med att optimera processerna ytterligare fram\u00e5t, med fokus p\u00e5 bland annat livscykelkostnader och l\u00e5ngsiktig planering. Dessa plattformar kan styra hanteringen med instrumentpaneler samtidigt som serviceleverans och support f\u00f6r slutanv\u00e4ndare f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttras.
