Proptech \u00e4r en snabbv\u00e4xande marknad som m\u00f6tte en finansierings\u00f6kning p\u00e5 82 % enbart mellan 2017 och 2018, <a class=\"smooth-scroll\" href=\"#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> vilket pekar p\u00e5 den enorma potentialen i den h\u00e4r sektorn.  Nya PropTech-trender och l\u00f6sningar som IoT-sensortekniker, plattformar f\u00f6r analys av SaaS-data och mobila appar som kopplar samman hyresg\u00e4ster med byggnadens tj\u00e4nster genererar alla v\u00e4rde f\u00f6r olika intressenter. Till och med n\u00e4r den p\u00e5g\u00e5ende covid-19-pandemin skapar nya utmaningar f\u00f6r alla dessa grupper s\u00e5 \u00e4r proptech en v\u00e4lkommen l\u00f6sning med ny potential f\u00f6r att generera v\u00e4rde. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-7385c86d gb-headline-text\">Proptech-trender: historiska v\u00e4rdeerbjudande<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-0624284b gb-headline-text\">F\u00f6r \u00e4gare &amp; f\u00f6rvaltare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vad det g\u00e4ller byggnadens \u00e4gare och f\u00f6rvaltare s\u00e5 hj\u00e4lper proptech till att maximera v\u00e4rdet p\u00e5 fastighetsportfolion p\u00e5 flera olika s\u00e4tt:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>F\u00f6rst av allt s\u00e5 kan smarta byggnadsl\u00f6sningar generera insikter i utrymmesanv\u00e4ndning som kan fungera som v\u00e4gledning i <strong>design och allokering av utrymmen<\/strong>. Bokningssystemen anpassas s\u00e5 att de kan m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra kontaktsp\u00e5rning och persons\u00f6kning, sensorer i kombination med mjukvara f\u00f6r utrymmesanv\u00e4ndning kan hj\u00e4lpa till vid praktiserandet av regler f\u00f6r fysisk distansering, och smarta appar kan hj\u00e4lpa serviceleverant\u00f6rer att rikta in lokalv\u00e5rden till starkt frekventerade utrymmen i realtid.
