Cordaan is one of the largest healthcare organizations in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. They offer care to some 20,000 people from 120 locations. With over 6000 employees and 2500 volunteers, they take responsibility for the development of long-term care in the city. Cordaan Foundation is active in the following fields: domestic care, nursing home care, care for the mentally handicapped, mental health care, and youth care.
Extensive software selection process
In the spring, an extensive selection process was started for the purchase of a Real Estate Management System. With this system, Cordaan wants to support all relevant technical management processes in an integrated manner at all locations that are in use, owned or leased and of which the Technical Management team has operational responsibility.
The housing department is responsible for the management of this portfolio and wants to work in a more automated way with a Property Management System. The system must enable them to record data in an unambiguous manner, share it with all participants in the various processes, and provide reliable management information.
Cordaan opts for flexible, cloud-based Axxerion software
The choice for Spacewell’s Axxerion software was motivated by the flexibility and possibilities of our real estate information system. Last week the project team enthusiastically started with the implementation. Of course, this is a festive celebration. We are proud of this new meaningful customer and look forward to long-term cooperation!
