YOUR ROLE:

After a thorough training you will:

  • Provide software application consultancy, both onsite and offsite, to customers and partners
  • Ensure the delivery of the solution, in line with budget and timeline, including effective training
  • Analyze customer operational and functional processes, to support them configuring appropriately and effectively Spacewell solutions
  • Give our clients advice on the administrative organisation and financial aspects of the processes to be set up
  • Conduct implementation pilots and help customer envision final solution
  • Produce the required specification and project documentation (internal & external use)
  • Define, document and follow-up the workflow and configuration parameters
  • Work together professionally with numerous internal parties (e.g. relationship managers, product managers, support, account managers, finance, …)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Initiative and ownership
  • Relevant experience is a plus
  • Swedish and English are required
  • Excellent communication, planning & organization skills
  • Flexible & positive team player
  • Affinity with IT, Real Estate/Facility/Workplace Management
  • Customer focus & care
  • Positive, curious, creative problem solver
