Consultant O-Prognose

We are looking for a O-Prognose Consultant in Apeldoorn. If you would like to be part of a small and cohesive team within an innovative and dynamic organisation, this is the new challenge you are looking for.

Your role: you can make an impact

As a consultant you will play an important role in our consultancy team in order to increase our footprint and continue our growth. You will help by supporting and advising our biggest clients on the use of our products in their own real estate strategy.

It goes without saying that your added value will be so high that they would like to see you again or receive training from you or one of your colleagues. You will also introduce your clients to the possibilities of products they don’t yet use or support the Sales department in new projects.

You will also carry out implementation work at new or existing customers and give training in the use of O-Prognose. In addition, you will use your knowledge to improve and expand the software.

Your responsibilities

  • Maintain contacts with existing clients;
  • Advising and guiding users in the use and application of the products;
  • Upselling;
  • Supporting sales staff;
  • Implementing the product O-Prognose at clients;
  • Providing training at the client or Spacewell office;
  • If necessary: carrying out work at the client’s location, both at home and abroad;

What we ask

To be successful in this role you must have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in sales is an advantage. You have a higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking. In addition, you have a background in construction or installation technology. We are looking for a colleague who has knowledge of the NEN 2767 condition measurement system, has experience with project management and has strong communication skills.

You are fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written. You also have a good command of English. In addition, you enjoy working in a high-tech environment and enjoy a lot of autonomy.

The ideal candidate also has knowledge of O-Prognose.
