Your role

You will play a key role in our Sales team, expanding our footprint and continuing our successful growth. You will help drive partnerships with clients through adoption of our products and services and by co-innovating for new solutions. This is a unique opportunity to further develop key technical & sales skills, including solution selling, business acumen and presentation.

This position is based in France where an A team has created the fastest growing subsudiry of Spacewell in 4 years. Still we are just getting started you will be rocking with the best.

Through both training & coaching from seasoned sales professionals and on the job experience, you will learn how to successfully engage with our corporate B2B prospects & clients, articulate the business and technical value proposition and put together optimal solution sets to fit our clients’ requirements across real estate, workplace and facility management. Prospective clients are located across a broad range of industries and building types (from corporate offices to landlords, schools, hospitals, and transportation hubs).

Key responsibilities

  • Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
  • Attending meetings with business development managers and acting as a technical expert.
  • Putting together business cases for the sales teams in order to support their proposals. We are no big boring structure, let yourself go in creating true cool and compelling content.
  • Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
  • Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
  • Working closely with customers to understand and meet their needs.
  • Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
  • Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.
  • Coordinating tenders and offers internally, gathering information from multiple internal departments.
  • Writing compelling tenders & sales offers, convincing prospects of our integrated software solutions.
  • Identification, follow up and support in the search & qualification process of tenders with the French sales team.
  • Manage the technical response to the response to RFI/RFP/RFQ including products, solutions, software and services.
  • Lead, manage and optionally run PoC (Proof of Concept), value-based workshops and presentations of Spacewell solutions to customers, including white-boarding and presentation of technical material.
  • Set up test environments in order to conduct demonstrations and proofs of concepts (POC).
  • Participate as part of a sales team to achieve or exceed revenue targets.


  • Graduated of engineering/business school or university (master degree) with 3+ years of related business experience, including proposal writing
  • Demonstrated experience in technology/software
  • Highly driven and results-oriented
  • Demonstrated advanced technical skills with a not take itself too seriously attitude
  • Interest in facility/real estate/workplace management
  • High comfort level with software and technology solutions
  • Desire to become a subject matter expert
  • An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand
  • Ability to influence key decision makers on all levels, including C-suite level
  • Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Agility to quickly adapt to changes and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working under pressure and meeting/exceeding targets
  • Enthusiastic, positive and flexible and capable of quickly learning new products and technologies
  • Language qualifications: French (mother tongue), fluent in English (both verbally & written)
  • Technical Knowledge of Big data/IoT, cloud solutions, ERP software, mobile apps
  • Familiar with CRM & corporate communication tools such as: SAP/SalesForce, Jira, Sharepoint, Confluence, Microsoft Teams
