These include setting up a multi-year maintenance plan, research and advice on legislation and regulations, implementation support, drawing up / supervising (performance) contracts, policy, integrated research to determine the future value of the property and the organisation of the entire management.
- Condition measurement according to NEN 2767
- Long-term maintenance planning
- BOEI inspections (Fire, Maintenance, Energy, Sustainability – in acc. to Dutch methodology)
- Tailored reporting
We use O-Prognose to carry out condition measurements according to NEN 2767, to draw up multi-year maintenance plans, to carry out BOEI inspections and to generate management reports, among other things. A major advantage is that the system is very flexible and can be easily adapted to our needs. Spacewell has developed a number of customized reports for us that generate sound management information for our customers.
Thanks to O-Prognose, our basic information is recorded in a structured way and can easily be used for subsequent work. Our collaboration with Spacewell (formerly Plandatis) goes even further. We have shared our experience with them regarding inspections according to the RGD BOEI methodology. They then used this as input for the development of their new release that came out this year.
Provide a good basis – good insight into your property is essential for optimal property management. O-Prognose is perfectly suited for this and can contribute to the further professionalization of your own organization.
